About Me

As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

I guide sessions in a way that helps you notice how earlier wounds and coping patterns show up in your life now, and gently explore small shifts in your day-to-day choices. I work with adults in New York and online, offering sessions in both English and Spanish to fit your needs. We move at a pace that feels right for you, taking time to tune into emotional and bodily cues, and making sense of patterns connected to trauma, abuse, loss, or sex-related behaviours. I’ll share reflections along the way and may suggest simple things to try between sessions so new ways of responding can take root.
