Approach

From that place of curiosity I guide sessions so you can notice how earlier wounds and coping strategies show up now, and then try small experiments to shift everyday choices. I see adults in New York and online, and I offer work in English and Spanish to fit your life. Sessions move at your pace: we slow down to track bodily and emotional cues, name patterns tied to trauma, abuse, sex-related acting out or loss, and I offer reflections plus brief between-session invitations to practice new responses. This approach often helps those facing anxiety, relationship pain, HIV-related stress, or bereavement.
