About Us

We are a team of licensed psychologists based in Leiden, The Hague, and Online. We offer evidence based therapies such as CBT and ACT, aiming to alleviate suffering and build a meaningful life. Our values of compassion and effectiveness are central to our practice.

Approach

At our Leiden clinic and online we keep sessions practical and collaborative, moving at a steady pace that breaks problems into manageable steps. We work in English or Greek, tailoring each meeting for young clients, parents and adults with a mix of skill-building, mindful practice and short reflective work. Between sessions we set brief exercises and quick check-ins to reinforce learning and track progress. Many internationals find this clear, structured way of working helpful during transitions and everyday challenges.
