My approach is grounded in empathy, evidence-based practice and a deep commitment to achieving meaningful, lasting outcomes for those I support. I also design and deliver tailored Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) services for organisations to strengthen workforce wellbeing, resilience and productivity. About Me

With over 20 years of experience as a Social Work practitioner across South Africa and United Kingdom, I provide compassionate, professional counselling to individuals, couples, families and children. I recognise that life can feel complex and overwhelming, and I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. Drawing on extensive experience, I tailor my approach to your unique circumstances, supporting you to make sense of challenges and identify practical, meaningful ways forward. I am committed to working alongside you with empathy, flexibility and genuine care.

Approach

Experience has taught me to move at each client's pace, shaping practical, emotionally honest work that addresses transitions, loss and the everyday strain of chronic illness. I offer appointments in Pretoria and also online, and can work in English and several South African languages to keep the conversation clear and accessible. In sessions I balance gentle processing with concrete problem-solving, help you set clear goals, and suggest manageable steps between sessions.
