I believe every person has the potential for their desired quality of life & view counselling as a creative process of discovering the masterpiece in each client. My training is rooted in the Gestalt with Masters Degree in Psychology. My focus areas are trauma, emotional disorders, grief, & psychosomatic conditions.

About Me

I believe every person holds the potential for their desired quality of life. My approach, rooted in Gestalt principles, offers a creative space. Here, we can explore emotional disorders, grief, or psychosomatic conditions. We’ll work together to understand your experiences deeply and uncover your unique strengths. This collaborative process is ideal for those ready to discover their desired quality of life.

Approach

Counselling with me feels like entering a studio where your lived experience becomes the material we attentively shape into clearer patterns. In sessions—in person in Cape Town or online—I invite present-moment noticing, experiments with movement and dialogue, and short reflective practices you can try between meetings. The process is paced to your tolerance, gently tracking body sensations, stories and repeated reactions to uncover practical ways to shift stuckness. People facing grief, trauma or long-term anxiety often find this steady, hands-on exploration helpful.
