This has guided me to develop an open mind towards life in general and to personal dilemmas in particular, with two key personal values at the centre: compassion, as a powerful tool to transmute emotion and to create a more joyful life. equanimity, the awareness that I cannot control life unpredictability but I can control /choose the way I respond to it How can I help by listening without judgement, valuing the unique human being that you are to investigate and understand emotions and behaviour patterns to reflect on earlier interactions and how they affect your present relationships to work with trauma and disconnected parts of self to help you navigate the complex process of grief, loss and abandonment to explore who you are and improve your self confidence and motivation toward life in general. to offer creative ways to express difficult feelings and experiences as a way of processing and integrate them.
