Mrs Suzanne Dittmann

Psychologist

An experienced, compassionate Psychologist and Life Coach, working with Individuals and Couples to improve their life situation.

About Me

I am a registered psychologist in Centenary Heights, Queensland. I offer counseling, coaching, psychoeducation and clinical psychology to support you through life transitions, adoption concerns, mood disorders and stress or burnout.

Approach

Sessions are collaborative and down-to-earth, guided by your goals and paced to suit where you’re at. I work face-to-face in Centenary Heights and online across the Toowoomba region, in English, so we can fit therapy around school, work or parenting commitments. Expect reflective listening, practical skills and short, focused between-session experiments that help reduce anxiety, steady mood shifts and navigate life transitions such as adoption or burnout recovery. Many people juggling change or high stress find this steady, practical way of working helpful.
