Susie Rosser-Davies

Registered Counselor

My goal is to listen and hear you, support you, offer perspective, help you to understand yourself. I believe understanding leads to choices, and perhaps change. With the right encouragement and environment, I believe an easier, or even a happier life is entirely possible. Fully qualified. BACP & UKCP registered.

About Me

I provide a calm, confidential space where you can feel truly heard. We will gently explore what you are experiencing, helping you gain new perspectives. This often leads to a deeper understanding of yourself. Such understanding opens doors to new choices. My aim is to support you in finding an easier, perhaps happier, way of living. If you are seeking clarity and positive change, I believe this environment can help.

Approach

Listening carefully, I notice patterns and gently name what’s happening so you can make clearer choices about next steps. From my Norwich consulting room I meet adults face-to-face, offering a steady, contained environment where pace and focus follow your needs. I use reflective listening, mindfulness practices and trauma-aware exploration to reduce overwhelm, rebuild self-worth and untangle relationships or eating-related thinking, with practical steps we can try between sessions. Many people facing grief, anxiety, burnout or past abuse find this collaborative rhythm helpful.
