I invite you to set the pace and the topics we explore, so each session follows what feels most pressing. Sessions take place in English, either remotely or in my Antwerp room, and I keep a steady, compassionate tempo—balancing attentive listening with gentle prompts, brief mindfulness practices and practical reflections you can try between meetings. This way of working helps people facing anxiety, grief, relocation stress or relationship strain to notice small shifts and build clearer next steps.
