Miss Srushti Mahajan

Dance Movement Therapist

Compassionate Dance Movement Therapist works with all populations. I use movements to connect body and mind. My specialization is in Corporate sessions, adolescents, schools, and personal sessions.

About Me

I offer a compassionate space where we use movement to connect body and mind. This helps you explore feelings and find new ways to express yourself beyond words. It's especially valuable for adolescents navigating big emotions or professionals seeking stress release. I also work in schools and offer personal sessions, creating a unique space to foster insight and emotional balance.

Approach

I invite you into sessions that start with gentle, guided movement and quiet attention to breath and sensation, letting sensations and memories surface at your pace. In my Raipur studio I work in English, Hindi/Urdu or Marathi, tailoring tempo and prompts for adolescents, professionals and school groups so the room feels steady and collaborative. Between meetings I offer small, practical movement practices or mindful check‑ins to help shift habits when stress, anxiety or cravings arise. People who seek embodied relief and clearer self‑awareness often find this approach helpful.
