Siobhan Breslin

Wellness Counselor

I am a Cape Town based professional Adult and Couple's Counsellor and TRE provider focused on helping clients improve their relationship with themselves and others. I work face to face as well as online.

About Me

I am a professional wellness counsellor offering a person-centred, holistic approach that honours both body and mind. My work is grounded in presence, safety, and deep listening, supporting clients to reconnect with their innate capacity for regulation, clarity, and resilience. I am trained in Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) and EmotionAid®, and integrate these gentle, body-based tools to support emotional processing and nervous system balance.

Approach

Change often happens in small, manageable steps. In our sessions, I combine gentle body-based practices with thoughtful conversation to help you better understand what you’re experiencing and what feels possible next. Sessions are offered in Cape Town or online, in English, and move at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you. I pay attention to how stress and emotion show up in the body and help you find ways to feel calmer, clearer, and more present. This way of working suits adults and couples looking for practical, grounded support.
