I’m a registered psychologist supporting tweens, teens and young adults with anxiety, identity, trauma, neurodiversity, and life transitions. I offer therapy tailored with approaches like CBT, DBT, PCT, Narrative, BWRT, ecopsychotherapy and art therapy. I addition, I also conduct psychoeducational, emotional, subject-choice and career assessments.
