As a Gestalt therapist, I support individuals navigating challenges like loneliness, depression, and relationship difficulties. We can also explore questions of sexuality and personal or professional identity. My continuous training and supervision ensure a supportive space to deepen your self-awareness. When we work together, the focus shifts toward present experience—what you notice in the body, relationships and choices—so therapy feels practical and alive. Sessions in Kyiv or online, in English or Ukrainian, move at a steady, collaborative pace with short experiments, mindful practices and coaching-style reflections that help untangle anxiety, grief, mood shifts and questions of sexuality or identity.
