Approach

From clinic rooms to secure video sessions, we focus on how change actually happens session by session. Sessions move at a practical, collaborative pace — brief check-ins, targeted skill practice, and straightforward planning informed by assessment when helpful — with materials and short exercises to try between meetings. We keep language flexible, using English or Korean to match your comfort and shifting between in-person and online formats as needed. This way of working tends to suit people seeking clear steps, measurable progress, and respectful collaboration.
