About Me

As a Psychotherapist and Trauma Specialist, I support individuals, couples, families, and groups navigating trauma, anxiety, mood-related challenges, life transitions, and identity exploration, including LGBTQIA+ concerns. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing on evidence-based practice, mindfulness, and emotion-focused work. I aim to create a steady, compassionate space where clients feel safe to make sense of their experiences, build inner resilience, and develop practical tools for daily life. Whether you’re working through longstanding wounds or a recent crisis, my hope is to walk alongside you at a pace that feels respectful, empowering, and grounded in your strengths. In addition to therapy, I also conduct corporate workshops and offer home visits when needed.

Approach

I work integratively, drawing from CBT, ACT, psychodynamic and person-centred therapy, with a strong trauma-informed and attachment lens. I also use mindfulness-based strategies and Multichannel Eye Movement Integration (MEMI) to help clients process painful experiences, regulate emotions, and reconnect with a more compassionate, resilient sense of self.
