About Me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wheaton, Illinois. I provide counseling for adults and teens facing addiction, anxiety, grief, and trauma. I teach practical coping skills tailored to each client's situation.
Approach
In my practice, I use a person-centered approach that is holistic and integrative while using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Stages of Change, Trauma-Informed Practices, and Internal Family Systems.
