About Me

This compassionate and experienced clinical psychologist offers dedicated support to adults navigating depression, anxiety, and trauma. She helps individuals understand their experiences, including mood and personality diagnoses, within a safe, confidential setting. Sessions provide a space to explore feelings and develop practical coping strategies. Clients seeking a thoughtful, experienced approach to mental well-being will find a valuable partner here.

Approach

Sessions begin with a structured assessment to map patterns of mood, behaviour and responses; I track thoughts, emotions and triggers across sessions and between meetings using brief mood logs and targeted tasks. In-session we examine reactions, practise behavioural experiments and unpack relational dynamics; between sessions clients note observations we review together to test new responses. Sessions are available online or in person and in English, Sesotho, Sesotho sa Leboa, Xitsonga, isiXhosa and isiZulu. This approach suits adults ready to notice and test habitual responses.
