About Me
Approach
My therapy practice is rooted in warmth, care, and the belief that each person’s story deserves to be held with compassion and without judgment. I aim to offer a space where clients can feel safe, understood, and supported as they begin to explore what brings them to therapy. Whether someone is feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or simply curious, I hope they can experience the room as one where they are respected, heard, and not alone in what they’re carrying.
I work from a trauma-informed lens, and my practice is queer and neurodivergent affirmative, anti-caste, and anti-ableist. I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches, allowing me to meet each client where they are, and to gently tailor the process to suit their unique needs, identities, and lived experiences. I hold space for clients to share their stories at their own pace, and I deeply value the process of co-creating a therapeutic journey that feels collaborative, respectful, and meaningful.
Building a relationship that feels safe, caring, and grounded in trust is at the heart of the work for me. I hope clients are able to think of me as an ally—someone who walks alongside them as they move toward versions of themselves that feel truest to who they are. I am continually learning and unlearning through trainings and supervision, and remain committed to calling out the structural forces that shape our lives, while also holding space for the deeply personal.
Over the years, I’ve witnessed just how powerful it can be when people are offered solidarity and warmth. I’ve learned so much from my clients—especially about the quiet strength it takes to build lives of meaning and connection in a world that often makes that difficult. It is an immense privilege to be part of that journey, in big and small ways.
