About Me

I am a Counseling Psychologist and registered Psychologist based in the Southern Suburbs, Western Cape, South Africa. I work with clients on anger, anxiety, depression, OCD, behaviour or conduct issues, grief and career concerns. I offer child psychological diagnostic assessment, counseling and trauma counseling.

Approach

My work blends structured techniques with respectful curiosity to meet each person’s needs and move conversations toward meaningful change. Sessions take place in the Southern Suburbs clinic or online, in English or Afrikaans, paced to your rhythm and practical commitments. We set clear goals, practise targeted exercises in session, and use short, doable tasks and focused assessments between meetings to track progress. This collaborative, results-oriented approach tends to help people managing anger, anxiety, trauma, attention or parenting challenges.
