About Me
Approach
My training is in Humanistic counselling using Transactional Analysis (TA) but my approach is integrative and individual to each client. In simple terms, Transactional Analysis focuses on how we interact with others as well as how we see see ourselves, others, our world and the world around us. There is a strong emphasis on how every individual is valuable and has the capacity for positive change and personal growth, something I believe passionately in. As a collaborative process, together we can reflect on how you think, feel and behave and begin to identify and address the obstacles that might be preventing you from overcoming difficulties or achieving your full potential.

Services
Hello, and welcome - I’m a BACP-registered counsellor offering both individual and couples counselling—face-to-face and online—from my practice in the Meon Valley, Hampshire.
I provide a safe, warm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever issues you choose to bring. You might be feeling confused, anxious, stressed, or overwhelmed—perhaps all of these things. If you’re struggling to cope, I am here to offer the support and clarity you need.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, struggling in your relationships, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I’m here to help. My role is to offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours with care and curiosity. Together, we can work to make sense of what’s going on in your inner and outer world. If change feels right for you, I’ll support you in exploring what that might look like and how to move toward it in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.
I believe that the heart of successful therapy lies in the relationship we build—one based on empathy, mutual respect, and trust. It’s within this relationship that healing, growth, and meaningful change can happen.
Couples Counselling
I work with couples to help them gain a deeper understanding of each other, improve communication, and support positive change. My approach encourages both partners to express their thoughts and feelings openly, while respecting and valuing each other's experiences. Together, we explore the patterns in your relationship, identify areas of difficulty, and develop more constructive ways of relating. The aim is to create a safe and supportive space where each person feels heard, and where you can work together toward a healthier and more connected relationship.
