Rosella Pizzi

Registered Counselor

A qualified integrative counsellor supporting adults, children, and adolescents. I blend therapeutic approaches to foster a trusting, healing relationship, helping clients explore past experiences, build self-awareness, and break patterns. Play therapy is used for children. Sessions available in English and Italian.

About Me

As an integrative counsellor, I provide a trusting space for adults, children, and adolescents to explore their experiences. We work collaboratively to understand past patterns and cultivate greater self-awareness. For children, I use play therapy to help them express feelings safely. My aim is to help you navigate challenges and discover new ways forward. Available in English or Italian, my approach supports diverse needs, helping you create lasting change.

Approach

I shape sessions around your pace, moving between focused talking, gentle tracking of bodily responses, and play or creative work with children so feelings can be explored safely. I offer in-person meetings in Sutton and online, in English or Italian, letting us choose the setting that fits your life. Together we trace patterns from the past, use trauma-aware interventions where needed, and I may suggest brief reflections between sessions to deepen insight. This steady, practical rhythm often helps adults, adolescents and children looking to change repeating patterns and feel more secure.
