About Me

I am a therapist with over four years of experience in diverse settings, including mental health startups, online therapy platforms, EAPs, and NGOs. My practice is rooted in queer-affirmative, trauma-informed, and emotion-focused approaches. I guide individuals of all ages through their emotional journeys in a safe and supportive space. Fluent in English and Hindi, I empower clients facing life transitions, anxiety, relationship challenges, identity concerns, trauma, emotional regulation, and workplace stress. I also have significant experience working with clients from marginalized caste, class, and relational backgrounds. Recently, I have expanded my practice to include couples therapy alongside individual sessions

Approach

My therapeutic approach is grounded in emotion-focused and humanistic therapy. Within a trauma-aware and inclusive framework, I utilize gentle pacing and a clear structure to facilitate the process of change.
