Therapy Practice

Verified

We're a team of clinical psychologists who believe in measurable outcomes, structured protocols, and treating our clients like partners, not patients.

About Us

Relationary Psychology Center was founded on a simple observation: traditional therapy asks clients to invest thousands of ringgit with no promise of a result. We decided to change that. By combining evidence-based clinical interventions with digital tools, AI-assisted support, and outcome guarantees, we've built a practice that delivers measurable transformation for individuals, couples, and families. Our team includes licensed clinical psychologists, registered counselors, and educational assessment specialists with collective expertise across anxiety, burnout, relationship restoration, complex trauma, and child development.

Approach

Everything We Do Is Built Around Relationships. You are shaped by your relationships: with yourself, with the people you love, with the work you do, and with the world around you. Every Relationary service starts from that truth. Your relationship with yourself is the foundation of everything else. Individual therapy helps you understand who you are, why you respond the way you do, and how to build a life that genuinely feels like yours. A couple's relationship in pain is not broken, it is asking for attention. Couples therapy helps everyone hear each other again, understand what went wrong, and decide together where to go next. Every high-achieving student carries a complex relationship with performance, pressure, and their own potential. Our assessments help young people build a foundation for success that is healthy, not just impressive. Also, the performance crisis in most organisations is a relationship crisis. When the relational fabric between managers and teams breaks down, engagement falls, and productivity follows. We treat the root, not just the symptom. This approach has given us proven psychological protocols with guaranteed outcomes. Stop drifting through endless sessions, get a finish line.

Individual Therapy Most of what brings someone to therapy is not what they think it is. Beneath the anxiety, the burnout, the low mood, or the feeling that something is simply not right, there is almost always a relational story. How you learned to see yourself. What you were taught to need and not to need. Individual therapy at Relationary works at that level. With a licensed counsellor or psychologist, you build a clearer picture of who you are, why you respond the way you do, and what a life that genuinely feels like yours could look like. Couples Counselling A relationship in pain is not a relationship that has failed, it is a relationship asking for attention. Most couples who come to us have been carrying the same unresolved tension for years, cycling through the same arguments without understanding what is actually underneath them. Couples counselling at Relationary helps you identify the pattern beneath the conflict, rebuild the friendship that sustains a relationship through difficulty, and find a shared language for the conversations you have been avoiding. We work with couples at every stage, from early strain to serious crisis, and with every combination of background, culture, and circumstance. Family Therapy Families do not break down, they get stuck. In patterns of communication that nobody chose, in roles that were assigned long ago, in dynamics that made sense once and no longer do. Family therapy at Relationary brings the whole system into the room. We work with the relationships between family members, not just the individuals within them, to create space for honest conversation, clearer boundaries, and the kind of understanding that makes living together genuinely sustainable. Youth & Child Therapy Children communicate what they cannot say. Through behaviour, through withdrawal, through the way they move through school and friendships and home. Youth and child therapy at Relationary creates a safe, age-appropriate space for young people to be understood, not managed. Our practitioners are trained to work with children and adolescents across a wide range of presenting challenges, from anxiety and learning difficulties to family change, grief, and identity. We also work closely with parents, because a child's wellbeing cannot be separated from the relational environment they live in. Psycho-Educational Assessments An assessment is not a label, it is a map. When a child is struggling at school, when an adult cannot understand why focus and consistency feel so out of reach, when a parent senses something that teachers have not named, a thorough psycho-educational assessment gives everyone involved the clarity to move forward. Relationary's assessments cover cognitive ability, learning differences, attention and executive function, and emotional and behavioural profiles. Every assessment includes a detailed report and a face-to-face debrief with practical recommendations for home, school, and clinical support. Leadership & Executive Coaching Performance does not collapse in isolation. When a leader is struggling, with pressure, with their team, with the gap between who they are and who the role demands they be, the impact travels. Executive coaching at Relationary works at the intersection of performance and personhood. Using an ICF PCC certified approach grounded in 25 years of clinical and coaching practice, we work with leaders who want to perform at their highest level without losing themselves in the process. Coaching is available as a standalone engagement or as part of a corporate EAP programme. Employee Assistance Programme The performance crisis in most organisations is a relationship crisis. When the relational fabric between managers and their teams breaks down, when trust erodes, when communication closes, when employees are managing unaddressed stress without support, the cost shows up in productivity, retention, and culture long before it shows up in a report. Relationary's Employee Assistance Programme gives your people access to licensed counsellors and psychologists, confidentially, on their terms. No HR approval required. No individual data shared with the organisation. Just a private door, staffed by humans, for the moments when your employees need one. Workshops & Corporate Training Knowledge does not change behaviour, experience does. Relationary's workshops and training programmes are designed for organisations that want to move beyond awareness campaigns and into genuine cultural change. We run interactive sessions on mental health literacy, stress and burnout prevention, psychological safety, communication and conflict, and leadership wellbeing. All programmes are delivered by licensed clinicians and certified coaches with real clinical experience, not trainers reading from a slide deck. HRD Corp claimable for Malaysian organisations. Clinical Psychological Assessments There are things about how your mind works that you may have spent years trying to explain, to yourself, to the people around you, to employers, to doctors, without ever quite having the language for it. A clinical psychological assessment gives you that language. For adults, this means a structured, evidence-based evaluation conducted by a licensed psychologist that looks at the full picture: cognitive functioning, emotional regulation, attention and executive function, personality, and where relevant, the presence of conditions such as ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety disorders, depression, or trauma-related presentations. Many of the adults who come to us for assessment have spent decades functioning at a fraction of their actual capacity, not because of lack of effort or intelligence, but because something was never identified and therefore never properly supported. Some are high-achieving professionals who have compensated so effectively that their difficulties went unnoticed until the coping strategies stopped working. Others are seeking clarity after a lifetime of being told they are too sensitive, too distracted, too much, or not enough. The assessment process at Relationary is thorough, humane, and conducted entirely without judgment. It typically involves a detailed clinical interview, standardised psychometric testing, and where relevant, supplementary information from significant others or previous clinical records. What you receive at the end is not just a diagnosis, it is a comprehensive report that explains what the findings mean for your daily life, your relationships, your work, and your wellbeing, alongside concrete recommendations for next steps. Every assessment concludes with a face-to-face debrief where you can ask every question you need to ask. For adults who have wondered for years whether there is a name for what they experience, there usually is. And knowing changes everything.
