Clinical Counselor

verified by TherapyRoute

I connect with clients in an authentic, honest and relational way. This creates a safe place for change and greater understanding and acceptance of self.

About Me

I am a Clinical Counsellor and psychotherapist based in Sydney and Katoomba in the Blue Mountains, NSW. I also see clients Australia-wide via Zoom. I work with a diverse range of people across various contexts and settings. My approach is relational, humanistic, and participant-directed.

Approach

My therapeutic approach is person-centred, gender-affirmative, and trauma-informed. My primary focus is supporting people to feel less stuck or overwhelmed. I also provide clinical supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists. I cultivate safety and connection for participants, working together to build capacity, insight, and momentum. My work with supervisees will often focus on building competence, therapeutic presence, and the alliance between supervisee and supervisor.
