About Me

I’m a UKCP-registered Psychotherapist in the UK and a Psychologist based in Luxembourg. I work with anxiety, stress, OCD, grief, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and the psychological challenges of life transitions, cultural adjustment, and identity. Whether you’re navigating change, feeling stuck, or seeking deeper understanding of your experience, I offer confidential individual and couples therapy to help you reflect, reconnect, and move forward with clarity.

Approach

My work is grounded in an existential and relational approach, focusing on how we make sense of our experiences, relationships, and choices within the context of our lives. Rather than offering quick fixes, therapy is a space to slow down, reflect, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your patterns. I work collaboratively and practically, tailoring therapy to your individual needs. Together, we explore anxiety, stress, identity, relationships, and life transitions with curiosity and compassion, while also addressing the challenges of living across cultures or feeling disconnected from your sense of self. I aim to create a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where difficult emotions can be explored openly. Therapy can support you in building self-awareness, strengthening self-esteem, improving relationships, and finding greater clarity and meaning in how you move forward.
