About Me

As an LMFT, I specialise in sex therapy and perinatal mental wellness, guiding individuals and couples through significant life transitions. My practice welcomes people from diverse backgrounds and with varied needs. I provide in-person sessions in Roseville. Virtual support is also available across CA, CO, and FL. Here, you can openly explore your concerns in a supportive space, finding a path forward together.

Approach

That openness turns into a paced, collaborative process where I help you name what feels most urgent while keeping sight of the larger life transition you’re in. Whether we meet in Roseville or virtually across California, Colorado, and Florida, sessions use plain language, steady pacing, and attention to what shows up between visits. I track body responses, relationship patterns, and the stories around fertility, parenting, or loss, and we try small experiments to test change. This way of working tends to suit people navigating pregnancy, new parenthood, fertility challenges, grief, or relationship shifts.
