Services
I am a qualified holistic therapist, counsellor and a life and spiritual coach with over 10 years of experience. My academic and clinical experiences have provided me with the knowledge, confidence and experience to successfully work with various mental health issues.
I am interested in people and I enjoy using my knowledge and experience to support change in limiting behaviours and thoughts. My degree in Human and Medical Sciences with Hons and my work with the NHS for over 7 years, had equipped me with the knowledge I need to provide patients with the support and interventions they need during counselling sessions.
My interest in family and couples therapy stems from my legal background and practice in family law. I developed expertise in family matters and sensitivity around: sexuality, relationship problems, divorce, sexual harassment and sexual assaults and abuses. Using an integrative approach, I also work in the areas of sex, drug and alcohol addiction(s), depression, bullying, HIV/AIDS, trauma, work-related stress, anxiety, panic disorder, phobias, low self-esteem, low self-confidence and bereavement to name a few.
My work as a professional, life and spiritual coach has helped people of various backgrounds to completely change their lives for the better. My practice provides the right support and teaches techniques that allow clients to gain the skills needed for more fulfilling and successful
