I provide a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where you can feel heard, better understand yourself, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. I work with stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-worth, self-realization, and the search for greater wholeness and inner freedom. I welcome people from diverse cultural backgrounds and create an affirming, inclusive space for LGBTQ+ clients.

Approach

I work primarily from a psychodynamic perspective while drawing on TF-CBT principles and integrating elements of existential therapy. My approach emphasizes meaning, personal values, and each person's unique experience. Confidentiality and an individualized approach are central to my work.
