Mr Panos Chronis
Psychotherapist (Registered)
“I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in repeating patterns around themselves or their partners. Conflicts that escalate, emotional distance, shutdown, people-pleasing, jealousy, resentment, or anxiety in relationships are some key topics that appear in our work together. In our sessions, we identify the cycle, understand what’s driving it, and build new responses you can use in the moments that usually go sideways. My approach is integrative (I draw from multiple modalities and choose what fits you) and grounded in philosophical traditions that support real change, clarity, responsibility, and values-based living. Expect a mix of depth and practicality, meaningfully mapping patterns, working with emotions in the body, improving communication, and strengthening boundaries and repair. I offer a free 20-minute consultation. My calendar isn’t always updated. Message me directly and we’ll find a time. **For Therapists:** With 14 years of psychotherapy experience—6 of those as a supervisor—I offer individual and group supervision rooted in a relational approach using the 7-Eyed Model. My focus is on helping therapists deepen their understanding of relational dynamics (within themselves, with clients, and in clients’ relationships), refine their therapeutic process, and uncover what best supports their own practice and the people they serve.”
