Panos

Mr Panos Chronis

Psychotherapist

I provide structured, integrative psychotherapy and specialist consultation for individuals, couples, and teams. Originally trained in Medicine before transitioning into psychotherapeutic practice, my work combines deep systemic clinical understanding with practical, goal-oriented solutions. With over 14 years of hands-on experience, my practice specialises in helping clients untangle complex behavioural, relational, and occupational patterns.

About Me

Expat, English-speaking certified psychotherapist and therapist supervisor, offering integrative relational psychotherapy for couples and individuals, resulting in less reactivity, more clarity, and more connection. I originally trained as a medical doctor in the 90s, but soon realised the need for a more holistic approach to well-being. Over my 14 years of hands-on therapy experience, I have worked in integrating emotional and mental trauma, addiction counselling, in understanding human systems through family therapy, and in applying relational awareness principles in both couples work and therapist supervision.

Approach

My methodology is strictly integrative, drawing custom-fit tools from Existential Psychotherapy, Systemic Thinking, and Solution-Focused Therapy. We identify the operational cycles holding you back, clarify personal responsibility, and implement values-based behavioral adjustments to create lasting change. Available globally for secure online therapy and professional therapist supervision (7-Eyed Model). Please use the contact form above to reach out directly to my practice.
