Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist

Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, Online Sessions or in Person in Greek and English. Extensive working experience in Aglaia Kyriakou Hospital and in Private. Working with adults and adolescents with a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma etc.

About Me

I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist, supporting adults and adolescents through anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma. My approach explores underlying patterns, fostering deeper understanding and lasting change. With extensive experience from Aglaia Kyriakou Hospital and private practice, I offer sessions online or in person. You can choose to work in Greek or English. I create a dedicated space for you to unravel complex feelings and find a way forward. This thorough process suits those seeking profound insight into their challenges.

Approach

Work begins by tracing recurring patterns that shape feelings, choices and reactions, then gently testing new understandings in the safety of the room. Sessions are held in Athens or remotely, in Greek or English, paced to allow reflection between meetings and to follow what emerges rather than rush conclusions. I listen for links between earlier relationships and present symptoms—anxiety, OCD, mood shifts, trauma—and offer timely reflections, questions and small experiments to try between sessions. This steady, exploratory pace suits those facing transitions, loss or burnout.
