I offer a warm, safe space for you to explore your inner world with an authentic counterpart. As a Gestalt counsellor, I help cultivate self-awareness. This is key, as meaningful change grows from truly understanding yourself. We gently reintegrate mind and body, building a solid foundation of self-acceptance. This approach particularly suits those seeking deeper connection to themselves and fostering genuine growth.
Approach
Gestalt therapy is a non dogmatic approach, we meet in the here and now, and follow whatever is alive in you. Therapy for me is a process of growth through compassionate inquiry. Rather than analysing the past ad nauseam, I aim to explore with you how your formative experiences may be stored in your body, through close attention to the way you experience yourself and the world around you, naming and connecting with sensations and emotions so awareness becomes a vehicle for change.
In Basel or online, in English, German or Hebrew, in sessions we develop compassionate curiosity.
