About Me
As a licensed healthcare psychologist with extensive international experience, I support adults and couples through life transitions, cultural adjustment and relationship challenges. My practice draws on humanistic approaches, that include evidence-based tools for anxiety, depression, grief and trauma, such as Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), Brief Eclectic Psychotherapy for PTSD (BEPP) and others. Patients can expect a warm, collaborative space where their unique experience is honored and we work together to make meaning and move forward to the next chapter of their life story. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking with my dog, dancing, and losing myself in books and movies.
Approach
My therapeutic training ranges from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to Gestalt Therapy, and my continuing education includes Somatic Developmental Psychotherapy, Brief Eclectic Psychotherapy for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Narrative Exposure Therapy, among others.
In every therapeutic relationship I listen to each life story keeping a flexible attitude in order to choose the tools that can best help each particular situation. This translates into therapeutic processes that require Mindfulness tools, others that welcome the introduction of narrative techniques, and in all of them, beyond the specific resources to be used, the shared presence at the time of the session is the key to really address the suffering of the person who sits in front of me.
I work both in English and Spanish and our contact will be based on mutual respect and equity therefore my practice is open to all of you, no matter your origin, religion or sexual orientation. Our practice is aimed at the adult population and is specialized in the reality that surrounds expats (people who reside outside their country of birth) and the intercultural relationships that are formed as part of these experiences of movement around the world.
The psychological support we offer covers a great diversity of human experiences, among which the following stand out:

• Cultural adjustment and migratory grief
• Relationship problems (including separation)
• Trauma and PTSD

These issues can be address from individual or couples therapy. Duration is not based on the modality but on what each situation demands.
From January 1, 2026, and until further notice our rates are:
50-min session = € 100
75-min session= € 150.
Overtime (in-session or off-session) = € 30 (per 15′)
Changes as well as cancellations are only possible free of charge with one business day’s notice. If this minimum notice is not respected, the entire consultation will be billed regardless of the cause that prevented attendance.
Since cancellations that observe this advance notice result in a refund, it is expected that this option will be used only when continuity in the therapeutic process is not foreseen, in such a way that additional banking costs are prevented.
