About Me

I offer a supportive space for adults navigating life's complexities from my Tamboerskloof rooms. My UCT clinical psychology training guides our work, helping you explore feelings and find clarity. We can gently unpack challenges, fostering new perspectives and practical ways forward. Many clients find peace in understanding themselves better. I aim to create a calm environment where you can truly be heard and grow.

Approach

From my Tamboerskloof practice I focus on practical, steady sessions that help you notice patterns and test small changes. Sessions are available in English, in-person or online, and proceed at whatever pace feels manageable. I balance attentive listening with gentle challenge, offer short reflective tasks between meetings, and tune the work to mood, grief or learning differences so progress is concrete. Many people leave feeling clearer, more able to make decisions and kinder to themselves.
