About Me

As a Clinical Psychologist, I offer individual psychotherapy for adults navigating various life challenges. I provide a safe space where you can explore what you are grappling with. My role is to listen deeply and support you. This collaborative approach helps you gain increased self-awareness, moving steadily towards healing. It is ideal for those seeking a compassionate guide through difficult times.

Approach

Together with the client, I select the approach that fits best with the client’s needs and therapy goals - whether psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, BWRT or GIM. I work in English and German, offer online sessions from Cape Town, and like to include practical steps between meetings—simple reflections, short experiments or brief journaling—to carry progress into daily life. In our collaborative work, we test what helps and adapt as you grow. This approach suits adults wanting thoughtful, steady support.
