Mr Michael Keelan

Psychotherapist

I am a qualified psychotherapist and a member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). My practice is grounded in a Person-Centered, Humanistic, and Integrative approach, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. I provide a compassionate and supportive environment for adults.

About Me

I offer a compassionate, supportive space for adults seeking to understand themselves better. My deeply person-centred approach means our work is uniquely tailored to your individual needs. We can explore your concerns in an environment where you feel truly heard. This integrative way of working helps you navigate challenges and find clarity, fostering personal growth.

Approach

I work alongside you in a steady, attentive way, shifting between listening and gentle challenge to uncover what fuels anxiety, anger or low mood. Sessions are held in my Navan practice in English, face-to-face, and we set a pace that feels manageable for you. In-session we blend reflective dialogue, body awareness and small practical experiments, with brief reflections or tasks between meetings when that supports progress. This way of working often helps adults seeking clearer self-understanding and realistic change.
