About Me

As a Clinical Psychologist and Psychological Trauma specialist, I work with children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and groups. I apply evidence-based interventions to help clients navigate the complexities of trauma. My aim is to help you process difficult experiences and develop practical coping strategies. Whether you're an individual, couple, or family, I offer a supportive space to recover and build resilience.

Approach

My work begins in a calm, structured space where we gently map symptoms, assess safety and set clear, immediate goals so each session stays practical and focused. Sessions in Nairobi or online, conducted in English, move at a steady, collaborative pace—brief assessments shape the plan and I offer short, doable exercises between meetings. Using trauma-informed debriefing and research-informed techniques I help stabilize distressing memories, build coping skills and repair relationships. This approach suits young people, partners, families and adults seeking clear steps toward recovery.
