Mr Ömer Faruk Kutluoglu

Clinical Psychologist

Hello, I am M.A Clinical Psychologist Ömer Faruk Kutluoglu. I only give online psychotherapy sessions via Skype or Zoom for psychological illnesses to adults and couples in Turkish and English. My school of psychotherapy is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Note: Patient admission is made only from outside of Germany

About Me

I offer online psychotherapy to adults and couples, supporting you through life's psychological challenges in Turkish or English. My practice is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This structured approach helps you understand how thoughts and behaviours shape your experiences. I guide clients to develop practical, actionable strategies. It's ideal for those seeking clear steps to manage difficulties and foster lasting well-being.

Approach

I work in focused, skills-based sessions that translate insight into small, manageable steps to ease anxiety, obsessive thinking, trauma reactions and relocation stress. From Istanbul I offer video sessions on secure platforms in Turkish and English, pacing work to fit your life and commitments. We agree on clear goals, practise new responses in-session and use brief between-session experiments to test what helps, monitoring progress together and adjusting strategies. People who prefer practical, collaborative therapy tend to find this approach most helpful.
