Mentally Serene Hub

Mental Health Clinic

“An organization driven by the need to Scale into the Depth of Mental Tranquility.”

About Us

We provide psychometric testing, mental health assessments, child psychological diagnostic assessments, and child and adolescent therapy. We hold a Professional Counseling License, and work with families, schools, and clinicians to deliver clear, practical assessment reports.

Approach

We steer practice toward calm, practical progress, meeting people where they are and shaping each step to their pace. In Kitale and across the Rift Valley we hold sessions in English or Kiswahili, blending quiet focused assessment with conversational space so families, adolescents and professionals can name what’s happening and test what helps. Sessions often include structured reflection, brief between-session check-ins and clear, written feedback to keep momentum measurable and humane. Those seeking steady, collaborative change tend to find this approach helpful.
