This might involve creative dramatherapy, or gaining insights through connecting with horses. For trauma, I also provide EMDR. My aim is to support you in finding clarity and building practical ways to move forward.

Training across EMDR, dramatherapy and equine-facilitated practice shapes how I move between somatic, creative and conversational ways of working so the process fits you. I offer sessions in Sutton in Ashfield, online, and in Italian when helpful, keeping the pace steady and predictable and adjusting to what feels manageable.
