Psychologist

verified by TherapyRoute

Practicing internationally, I provide private therapy and cross-cultural counseling for individuals and couples looking for a comprehensive, person-centered approach.

About Me

People often contact me when something personal has become too heavy or complex to manage on their own — relationships that keep falling into the same painful patterns, an inner sense of distress or conflict that feels hard to resolve, a long period of anxiety, low mood, or self-doubt that is affecting their daily life. Working with a broad range of international clients, I tailor my ACT-based approach to each person's background and lived experience — helping individuals and couples understand what is keeping them stuck, and begin making workable, life-enhancing shifts. Approach

Practicing a deeply supportive Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approach, I specialize in personalized, evidence-based solutions designed to fit into your everyday life. I work with hard-to-break patterns, relationship difficulties, and co-occurring issues including anxiety, depression, self-confidence, and many other personal and culture-specific challenges. In between sessions, I maintain an open line of communication through text and email. This tool is there for you to practice sharing insights and dilemmas and sustain motivation — ensuring that your process remains active outside of our formal sessions as well. This collaborative therapeutic experience means gaining a new perspective — on yourself, your capacities, and what change can be like. It’s about gently releasing limiting self-concepts, improving your cognitive-behavioral skills, and developing a sense of self-confidence that feels both empowering and authentic.
