Practicing internationally, I provide private counseling and therapy centered around a personalized, flexible, and cross-cultural approach.

About Me

People often contact me when something personal has become too difficult or complicated to handle effectively — feelings of distress or self-doubt, relationship issues, professional strain, or an enduring period of anxiety, low mood, or inner conflict that is affecting their daily life. Based in Amsterdam, I provide culturally attuned therapy and counseling online for individuals and couples across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the US. I work in English with nationals and expats who are looking for a discreet, private setting, and an evidence-based approach that is both comprehensive and flexible. My approach is broad-ranging and carefully adapted to each individual's background and values — focused on helping clients understand what is keeping them stuck, and begin making workable, life-enhancing changes.

Approach

Practising an integrative Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approach, I specialise in personalised, evidence-based solutions designed to fit into your everyday life. I work with hard-to-break patterns, relational difficulties, and co-occurring issues, including stress, depression, confidence, trauma, and many other personal and culture-specific challenges. In between sessions, I maintain an open line of communication through text and email. This tool is there for you to practice sharing insights and dilemmas and sustain motivation — ensuring that your process remains active outside of our formal sessions as well. This collaborative therapeutic experience means gaining a new perspective — on yourself, your capacities, and what change can be like. It’s about gently releasing limiting self-concepts, improving your cognitive-behavioural skills, and developing a sense of self-confidence that feels both empowering and authentic.
