About Me

I offer online psychological Counseling, drawing on over 20 years' experience. Many clients seek support for anxiety, stress, trauma, grief and loss, chronic pain, career, or the unique challenges faced by expats. We can explore feelings around grief, build self-confidence, and find clear paths for personal development. My aim is to help you make sense of your experiences. Together, we can find a way forward with renewed purpose. Have travelled extensively in Europe, and beyond -lived in Switzerland, Netherlands, and Croatia- then in Germany for over 8 years (Berlin, Kiel, etc) and having travelled to USA, Denmark, Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Poland, NZ, England, Scotland, Rep. Ireland, Northern Ireland, Wales). Please kindly note: This is not an emergency counselling service.

Approach

To turn understanding into practical and indepth change, sessions are focused, collaborative and paced to your needs, moving between emotional exploration and small, achievable steps. Online in English from Schleswig-Holstein (cover all areas), I use clear agendas, brief skills practice in-session and short reflective tasks between meetings so progress is maximized and adjusted. We gently map patterns—stress cycles, grief responses, relocation stresses or chronic pain links—and test new ways of coping until they fit your life. This approach suits adults navigating transitions, career shifts or prolonged uncertainty.
