About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Canadian Certified Counsellor based in Maple, Ontario, Canada. I work with you on life transitions, anxiety, control issues, stress and burnout, and personal development. I use ACT, CBT, individual therapy and relationship counseling to build practical skills and clearer choices.

Approach

That training shows up in sessions as a structured, flexible practice where we try skills, notice what works, and adjust together. I offer in-person meetings in Maple and secure online sessions across Ontario and British Columbia, in English, Hebrew or Russian. Sessions balance focused skill-building with reflective moments, brief practical experiments between meetings, and regular check-ins so you can choose what feels useful. People facing transitions, anxiety, control struggles or relationship strain often find this hands-on, collaborative way of working helpful.
