About Me

As an online drama therapist, I offer psychotherapy for adults. I invite you to explore life's challenges using creative and embodied methods. This approach helps express feelings when words alone feel insufficient, providing new insights and ways forward. I also provide online clinical creative supervision, fostering a supportive space for mental health professionals' development. My aim is to help you find clarity and build resilience.

Approach

Using dramatherapy's embodied tools, I guide adults to explore difficult emotions through movement, role-play and symbolic action, opening avenues when words stall. Based in Paphos, I work online in English or Greek, keeping sessions steady-paced and attuned to your tempo. Sessions blend short enacted experiments, reflective pauses and occasional creative tasks between meetings to deepen insight into anxiety, grief, chronic illness and burnout. People managing loss, mood shifts or professional strain often find this practical, somatic way of working helpful.
