Ms Malvina Bartmanski

Clinical Psychologist

Experienced psychotherapist that has worked in various multicultural environments. My work is focused of the mental health needs of expats and internationally-based clients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, marital difficulties and career changes. My rates are $200 per consult.

About Me

I support expats and internationally-based clients navigating life's complexities. Living away from home often brings unique challenges like depression, anxiety, or grief. Having worked in diverse multicultural environments, I deeply understand these transitions. I offer a grounded, culturally sensitive space to explore trauma, marital difficulties, or career changes. Together, we can make sense of your experiences and find a stable path forward. This honours your unique journey.

Approach

When living abroad unsettles routine and relationships, I work with you to map what feels most urgent and what can wait, pacing each session to match your energy. Based in Dubai, I offer English sessions both face-to-face and online, so practical schedules and time zones shape how we meet. Sessions combine close listening, targeted reflections and small, manageable experiments between meetings to test new ways of coping with anxiety, grief or career uncertainty. This approach suits adults seeking steady, culturally aware collaboration while rebuilding stability.
