Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist

verified by TherapyRoute

My work is grounded in the psychoanalytic method, which I consider the most effective path for me and of course for those who feel trapped in repetitive psychological patterns that limit their emotional well-being, relationships, and overall sense of fulfillment.

About Me

I am a psychotherapist for children, adolescents, and adults trained in the psychoanalytic method, and a clinical psychologist specialized in the Brazelton Newborn Observation and Assessment. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Psychological Counseling, and Psychotherapy. My psychotherapeutic training in the psychoanalytic method was completed within the training school of the Generația Foundation. I have also completed specialized training in Sports Psychology. In addition, I am an Aware Parenting instructor—following the philosophy developed by developmental psychologist Dr. Aletha Solter.

Approach

I offer support for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, phobias, panic attacks, eating disorders, trauma and abuse, grief, postpartum depression, relationship or marital difficulties, stress, burnout, infertility, and other emotional challenges. I also work closely with children, adolescents, and their families when facing unexplained behavioral changes, difficulties in family or school relationships, agitation or aggression, behavioral issues such as lying or stealing, eating disorders, declining school performance, attention or oppositional challenges, intense reactions to new family members, grief, abuse or domestic violence, major life transitions, parental separation or divorce, or substance-related difficulties.
