Mrs Lyndsay Goulding

Counselor

Qualified counsellor / CBT therapist, working one-on-one to help uncover the source of stress, pain, frustration in a person's life.

About Me

When stress, pain, or frustration weigh heavily, finding clarity can feel challenging. As a qualified counsellor, I work one-on-one to help you uncover their source. Our sessions offer a safe, confidential space. We will explore thoughts and patterns, gently making sense of what lies beneath. This approach suits those seeking to understand their deeper feelings and cultivate lasting change.

Approach

Finding the roots of distress often means tracing small, repeatable moments and the meanings you give them, then testing different ways of responding. I work with people from Coventry and the West Midlands and online in English, keeping sessions focused and paced to your rhythm whether we meet face-to-face or via video. We attend to thoughts, bodily responses and patterns between sessions, try practical experiments from CBT, and reflect together so learning feels gradual and manageable. This approach suits those seeking clearer thinking and steadier mood.
