About Me

I am a Counseling Psychologist based in St Michael, Barbados. I help you manage life transitions, anxiety, grief, stress and family conflict. I offer online therapy, conflict management, adoption-related counseling and Ukraine aid.

Approach

When change feels overwhelming, I focus on practical, paced steps that help restore calm and clarity while keeping your goals in sight. I offer sessions in St Michael or online, conducted in English, that balance focused problem‑solving with space for emotion and reflection. In therapy we map recurring patterns, try small shifts between meetings, and practice careful boundary work in family sessions to repair connection after loss, conflict or stress. This way of working often helps parents, adolescents and adults facing grief, anxiety or relationship strain.

Services

As a psychologist, my role is to provide a safe space where you can explore any challenges you may be facing. Everyone is different and unique in their own way, your support will be tailored to meet your emotional needs and circumstances. By using your strengths we will learn more helpful ways of being and thinking. There are many benefits to counselling. You can experience better relationships, reduce feelings of distress and improve self-confidence. There are no guarantees of what you will experience as it is a personal exploration. While no one can change difficult situations or experiences of the past, you and I can work together to understand and resolve the situation. Together we will work to achieve the best results for you.

Should this be what you are looking for, please contact me to set up an initial consultation.
