Crystin Grants

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I work with couples, affair recovery, sexual issues, pregnancy, and postpartum support for couples or individuals. I offer a non-judgmental space for healing and growth using evidence-based approaches like Gottman, CBT, EFT, and mindfulness. My focus is on personalized, collaborative care for individuals and couples.

About Me

I guide couples and individuals facing challenges like affair recovery, sexual issues, or the complexities of pregnancy and postpartum. I offer a non-judgmental space where all parts of your experience are welcome. Using evidence-based tools, including mindfulness, we’ll work collaboratively. My focus is on personalised, collaborative care. Together, we'll find understanding and a path towards healing and growth.

Approach

Together we gently shift from telling the story to testing small, sustainable changes that honor your values and relationship needs. In my Lakeland office and via secure online sessions in English, I pace work to your rhythm—some weeks focusing on emotional repair and exercises between meetings, other weeks clarifying expectations and tracking mood or triggers tied to pregnancy, postpartum or separation. Sessions feel practical, collaborative and measured, with clear steps you can try at home. This approach tends to suit couples and individuals ready for steady, grounded progress.
