Psychotherapist

I offer a compassionate therapeutic space in which you can: find calm - through nervous system regulation; process changes and grieve losses - to feel more at peace; and explore any habitual response patterns - to find some new options which feel better and serve you better.

About Me

I offer a compassionate therapeutic space where I can guide you towards calm through nervous system regulation. We can gently process difficult changes and losses, helping you find more peace. Together, we explore habitual response patterns that no longer serve you. This helps you discover new, better options for your well-being. Many clients find this process brings clarity and a renewed sense of possibility.

Approach

You’ll find sessions that move at a calm, steady pace, attuned to your nervous system and the rhythms of your life; in Sydney or online, we work in a quiet, focused way that honours what you bring each week. We use gentle somatic noticing, reflective conversation and practical experiments between sessions to process loss, clarify relationship patterns and navigate parenting, fertility or family challenges. My approach is collaborative and respectful of your timing, often helpful for people wanting thoughtful, grounded change and more ease day to day.
