Dr Lola Carlile

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors

An experienced and caring therapist with more than three decades of working with children, parents, and teens, using expressive arts.

About Me

As a deeply experienced and caring therapist, I help children, teens, and parents navigate life's challenges. For over three decades, I've seen how expressive arts can gently unlock feelings. We welcome creative exploration, using art and imagination. This helps young people voice their experiences and discover new coping strategies. My approach is ideal for families seeking a compassionate, imaginative path to stronger connections.

Approach

Embracing creativity and compassion, I guide families and individuals through life's transitions, offering both in-person and remote therapy sessions. With a PhD and deep knowledge in expressive arts, I help clients articulate feelings, navigate relationship challenges, and build resilience. Whether you're a parent, teen, or child, our sessions might blend art, mindfulness, and counseling to unlock new perspectives and coping strategies. Based in Salem, Oregon, I am dedicated to nurturing connections and supporting emotional well-being for all ages
